--Exposure B

·        Stretch 1-3/4” line to alley opening

·        Use line to wash wall of exposure B, reducing the effect of radiant heat

·        Water should not enter any window

·        Evacuate / primary search / secondary search of Exposure B

·        Stretch additional 1-3/4” line into Exposure B to prevent against extension

·        Close windows on exposed side, remove combustibles

·        Open windows on unexposed side to dissipate heat build-up

·        Coordinate engine and ladder operations

·        Conduct salvage ops as required

·        Control utilities as required

·        Report conditions to Command

--Exposure D

·        Evacuate / primary search / secondary search

·        Stretch 1-3/4” line to top floor

·        Open natural openings on roof

·        Pull ceilings in coordination with roof team

·        Horizontally vent windows as required

·        Check for presence of shafts between buildings

o       If present, Close windows on exposed side, remove combustibles

o       Open windows on unexposed side to dissipate heat build-up

·        Coordinate engine and ladder operations

·        Report conditions to Command

Chief Officer Level

All of the above including

·        Assign Division B Supervisor

·        Assign Division D Supervisor

·        Assign Roof Division Supervisor

·        Strike additional alarms as required

·        Order additional water supplies as required

·        Ensure tactical reserve is present at all times

·        Ensure secondary egress in place in all areas

·        Request Progress reports at regular intervals

·        Reinforce Divisions as per conditions and Progress Reports

·        Evaluate and modify action plan as per conditions and progress reports

·        Furnish progress reports to Dispatch at regular intervals

·        Conduct roll call

·        Track company activities on tactical worksheet ands Command Board
